WHO IS DM DIRECT?
DM Direct, Inc. is a national marketing firm that specializes in bringing consumers that are ready to make a purchase directly to your local business. We focus primarily on local search marketing and directional media, the advertising media that consumers go to when they are ready to buy including print yellow pages, internet yellow pages, mobile advertising, search engine marketing, social media and more.
WHAT IS A CMR?
A certified marketing representative (CMR) is a specialized agency that is authorized to place yellow page advertising including print, digital (internet) and mobile mediums with various publishing entities.
WHAT AREAS DOES DM DIRECT SERVE?
As an authorized CMR, we work with customers throughout the US & Canada.
WHAT DOES LOCAL SEARCH MEAN?
Local search definition: local services and related marketing technologies through which consumers may find local businesses. Local search options can include: yellow pages print, targeted pay per click programs, subscription internet yellow pages and mobile (smartphones) advertising.
WHAT SERVICES DOES DM DIRECT PROVIDE?
We provide a single point of contact to manage all of your print, mobile, and digital marketing initiatives. We provide a thorough market-analysis, demographic information, budget recommendations, ad design and placement, cost per lead analysis and a comprehensive billing program.
WHAT TYPES OF FEES DO YOU CHARGE?
The only cost to you will be the advertising insertion dollars to place your print, digital or mobile advertisement. DM Direct provides to you at no cost the market research, design, placement and R.O.I. analysis for each advertising program.
IS THERE A MINIMUM BUDGET THAT DM DIRECT WILL WORK WITH?
There is no budget too small to advertise with. For as little as $500.00 per month we can develop and tailor a program to suit your needs. We will have recommendations on various tiers of marketing expenditures.
DO I HAVE TO ADVERTISE IN ALL MEDIA (PRINT YELLOW PAGES, INTERNET YELLOW PAGES AND MOBILE ADVERTISING)?
DM Direct will provide a recommendation that is unique to your business. Each medium will differ in every market. There may be situations where we select only one media type and others where we will compliment one media with another. Each program will be tailored to your needs.
WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR EACH OF THESE ADVERTISING MEDIUMS?
Yellow page print directories are locked in for one year as they are printed only one time per year. Subscription internet programs typically range from 6 months to one year. Various S.E.M , S.E.O or pay per click/call programs can be done in a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month variation. We recommend that you run a program for a minimum of 6 months so that you can perform a detailed cost per lead analysis.

DO PEOPLE STILL USE THE YELLOW PAGES TODAY?
Yellow page print, the original search engine, still remains a highly referenced source that consumers actively use today.
- Nearly 80% of the time someone uses a Yellow Pages product (print or internet) they will make a purchase. Compared to the 3.2% “click-through” rates of internet search results. (Marketing Sherpa 2010 Search Marketing Benchmark)
- Yellow Page ads deliver prospects – the typical local display print ad delivers close to 150 calls per year and the typical IYP ad delivers over 85 calls per year. (CRM Associates-Dennis Fromholzer 2011)
Print yellow pages and internet yellow pages should still remain key components of your advertising mix.
